Team Smiles raised funds in support of the SRIV’s Independent Aging Program Services. This program is a key resource for seniors that provides transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and food pantries.
With the assistance from one of our amazing patients with family ties to Ukraine, team Smiles collected critical relief supplies to be shipped to the Ukrainian citizens in need. Read more about this initiative in an article featured in the Westerly Sun here.
Visited the kids of the Little Angles, Pre-K, and Kindergarten classes to help educate them on proper oral hygiene and the choices that make their teeth happy and sad.
Team Smiles collected gift cards for local grocery & department stores so that our seniors in critical need could choose where they shop for food and/or personal care items.
Collected and donated undergarments for Project Undercover; an initiative with Girl Scouts of Southgansett to support South County’s Children living in poverty.
Team South County Smiles partnered with Luka’s Ice Cream truck to bring summer smiles to the kids of the South Kingstown Recreational Camp.
Maddie was a Chariho High School senior who passed suddenly on the soccer field of an asymptotic brain aneurysm in 2017. The foundation was founded to carry on Maddie’s legacy of kindness, compassion, hard work, inclusive leadership, and perseverance.
Sponsored and donated to the Chris Collins Whiffle Ball Tournament. A foundation with a mission to shine light on mental illness in memoriam of 2015 South Kingstown High School Graduate.

Delivered hygiene care items and fun grab bags in honor of National Children’s Dental Health Month to the Goddard School and Wakefield Pediatrics.
Donated the proceeds from patient fluoride treatments for a total of $1,428 in funds and donated to the Glimmer of Hope Foundation.
The Glimmer of Hope Foundation is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization showing girls their strength & beauty through the donation of bald dolls and bringing hope to families battling cancer.

Engaged the kids of the Little Angels class in a learning activity about oral hygiene tips.
A charge to beat cancer where 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s commitment to finding a cure.
Donated school supplies to a local worthy local educator.
Team Smiles gathered up critical PPE supplies for our healthcare providers fighting the pandemic on the front lines.
Donated oral hygiene bags to our seniors to reduce their need to leave quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic and limit possible exposure.

Collected and donated 177 pounds of candy for our first responders, service members, and veterans, both domestic and overseas.
Collected new, unwrapped toys for girls and boys living in poverty and delivered to families in time for the holidays.
Shipped 83 pounds of candy to our military troops and first responders.
Sponsored Kendra’s mission trip and donated hygiene items to be delivered to those in need.
Hygienists Lauren and Amanda visited Monsignor Clarke Elementary for a fun lesson about dental care.
