The Patient Care Team here at South County Smiles is second to none. This group of individuals has varied and comprehensive experience in all of the areas surrounding patient care. They demonstrate a superior level of professionalism and pride themselves on ensuring the best possible patient experience for all. You will become friends with the group of women who regularly contact you via phone, text, email and – of course – in person!
Nichole joined the South County Smiles team in 2019 as a part of our Patient Care team. She has many years of experience in the dental field, both clinically, managerial and administratively. She holds several certifications in the dental field in various different clinical aspects and also spends time receiving certifications in the fitness realm.
Nichole enjoys spending time with her family as well as paddleboarding, but we have discovered that she gets very excited about anything exercise related. She is active in the fitness world and is also a fitness instructor with certifications in kickboxing and spin.
Caryn joined the South County Smiles team in 2019. She has nearly 15 years experience in the dental field and went to Bryant University for Business Management. She joined our Patient Care Team and has displayed a tremendous amount of compassion for our patients.
In her free time, Caryn enjoys art in all forms such as painting, and drawing, as well as learning new skills. She just recently learned how to ski alpine style and is currently learning how to sail. One of Caryn’s most treasured experiences was a trip to the Great Blue Hole (the second largest Barrier Reef) where she snorkeled and participated in goat yoga!
Ellen joined the South County Smiles team in 2019 with an extensive background in dentistry. She had previous work experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of the field. She is currently working in the role of Financial Coordinator and her primary responsibility is removing financial barriers for treatment. This allows our patients to receive the dental treatment that they need. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys biking, walking and spending time with her family.
We were fortunate to have Jodi join our patient care team in 2019. She has over 20 years experience in the dental field and is proficient in many different areas related to her field including medical terminology, CDT (Certified Dental Technician) and a CPT (Current Procedural Terminology).
Jodi enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as eating out. She loves exploring nature and painting in her free time. You also may be shocked to know that she loves to go ziplining! Jodi is a proud grandma to a beautiful little girl!
