During your first visit, we will conduct a thorough examination. This examination will include any necessary X-rays and other tools to help us make an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums. In most instances, we will determine your dental needs and then discuss the suggested and appropriate treatment with you. It is our goal to always be on time for you, but please be aware that emergency situations do arise.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure the proper paperwork is in order. Paperwork is available here for printing and filling out digitally as well. This early arrival will help enable us to keep appointments running on time. We ask that you always call back to confirm your appointments should someone give you a reminder call as well as give our office 24-48 hours notice for any cancellations.
Should you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card with you to your appointments so we may ensure the least amount of out of pocket expense to you. Any copayments are required at the time of your appointment.
If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
