Donna, my dental tech, was extremely thorough and professional. Donna coached me on the correct way to clean teeth using dental brushes (may be better than floss!!) and a rotating electronic tooth bush. Since my last visit, my gums are stronger with less recession. You get plenty of samples, too. Scheduling and reception were easy and friendly. They use the latest digital technology to diagnose and schedule appointments. And the copay is very reasonable. I gave myself a B+ for improved cleaning!

Friendly, highly skilled, and professional. I was greeted warmly, and my procedures were completed quickly and painlessly, with excellent results. The staff is consistently attentive and provides excellent service. I loved and appreciated my thoughtful first-time patient gift 🙂

I have some issues with my smile and have been to a couple of dentist over the years who told me My smile could could not be treated. Today I went to South County Smiles, they are AMAZING. I am on my way to a new smile. Took 41 years! Shout out to Dr Ben droney, who is so kind and addressed my issues perfectly. My experience today was a one of a king for sure!!!! From the moment I walked in and checked in via a tablet (so convenient and private just my first name and first letter of last name) to the friendly hello from Emily and EXCELLENT care from my hygienist Trish was AMAZING!!! I was seated a little late but the team at South County Smiles apologized and acknowledged my time is AS VALUABLE as theirs, I felt that my needs were attended to, that the hygienist took her time (even though I know she was a bit behind) I felt as though I was the #1 priority. I HIGHLY recommend South County Smiles for many reasons, from acknowledgement, PERSONALIZED treatment planning, HAPPY And SMILING employees at every turn to the doctor's that ALWAYS answers ALL of my questions. CAN'T imagine having my dental needs seen or met anywhere else.

Everyone who worked with me seemed both excellently trained and warmly human. For someone very nervous about dental visits this was a pleasant revelation.

Kaitlyn is an incredible hygienist and absolutely wonderful with children. She goes above and beyond with all her patients. She walked my children through everything and made sure they were comfortable the whole visit. Highly recommend!

There's a lot of reasons why health related concerns are stressful, but one of the biggest reasons I think is that you're putting the fate of your future health and comfort into someone else's hands... and that's vulnerable! In addition to being professional, courteous, considerate, sensitive to finances and anxiety, top-of-the-line in technology, and hyper transparent about options, process, and costs, Dr. Jeff and his team (*shout out to Lauren!) absolutely CARE about the well-being of their patients. Although it probably is so instinctual for them that they may not realize it, as the one in the patient chair, it's remarkably obvious that the entirety of the staff is empathetic to an incredible level of service and sheer kindness. It is not at all an exaggeration when I say that I get SO EXCITED when I get to recommend their office to a friend or even chatty stranger in need of dental work. If you're looking for a new team, please consider choosing this one! I'm so excited for you!

I was very impressed with their efficiency, adherence to the COVID protocol and their professionalism. The facility is spotless and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable.

I had a tooth prepared for a trans plant on March 29 . Dr Cicero was very professional and explained every step he was going to do .
He made the procedure go smoothly and did and excellent job. The young lady assistant ing him was also very good. I would recommend there services to everyone.

Very friendly and thorough dental practice. My whole family goes here. Was treated by a super hygienist (Leah) who was quick but thorough and a pleasure to work with. Their diagnostics are the best I’ve seen. Definitely keep track of your health. Overall, outstanding experience.

I have been going to South County Smiles for 1 year for annual care (I have not had any problems). It is an excellent practice, welcoming, more than courteous and very clean with up to date technology. The hygienists, dentists and receptionists are all exceptional! You feel like you are being well taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. My only problem is how expensive the care is, but it is not really much more than anywhere’s else. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Well, I guess it is true, you do get what you pay for! This is one of the best dental practices I have been to. They call you before hand to let you know their estimate of your costs. From check in to check out, a great experience. It helps if you see their best hygienist and dentist!!! Seriously, I have not run into anyone yet, that I did not truly like.

My daughter Emily has autism and going to the dentist is difficult for her. Everyone bends over backwards to accommodate our visit. We don’t have to wait to go to the room. Kelly our dental hygienist is AMAZING! She is calm and talks to Emily and tells her what she is doing in a reassuring voice. Kelly is exceptionally fast, knowing that Emily will only sit for a short amount of time. Lastly if Emily does become upset and loud, I don’t ever feel as if we are being judged or a bother. This is a fantastic practice.

Had been over 25 years since my last dental appointment, so needless to say I was apprehensive going in. But everyone was calm and accommodating, and I was about as relaxed as I ever had been at the dentist. I transferred to South County Smiles, on a recommendation from a friend, a year ago. Everyone there is pleasant and personable. The dental assistants are great and very knowledgeable. My dentist, Dr.C.J., is exceptional. He is very easy to talk with and will answer any and all questions you may have as well as explaining all procedures. I have undergone oral surgery, an extraction, crowns etc. The end product is amazing looking teeth.

So I’m one of those people that cannot stand the dentist. To the point I must medicate even for a cleaning due to my past experiences elsewhere.
Today I saw Kelly for a routine cleaning and I must say that she did a great job. She kept me calm and understood my needs while she made my pearly whites sparkle again. Thank you Kelly. This is one of the best dental offices that I been. I got plenty work done on my teeth. I got Emplaned, extraction, root channels..... and a lot more you name it. But every time I step in the office the Doctors mad me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I didn’t feel any pain during these procedures. They were fast and it was done before I even notice it. The results looked phenomenal. The doctors at south county smiles and the assistance were so experienced. Every time I came they always described to me every thing they are doing step by step. I felt like I was a student at dental school while they were explaining to me my case and the procedures of my appointment. The front office is so sweet, nice and so welcoming. Today I had phase one of dental implant surgery at South County Smiles in Wakefield. The surgery was done by Dr. Giuseppe Cicero. I must say that I wondered if Dr. Cicero was old enough to have graduated from dental school, specialize in periodontology and implant surgery, and possess both expertise and experience in these areas. After reading his professional biography online, I soon realized that any doubts I might have had were unfounded. Dr. Cicero studied dentistry in Italy, at NYU, and lectures all over the world. In addition to having such an impressive background, Dr. Cicero has a lovely bedside manner. He is very caring and encouraged me through every step of the surgery. I noticed that he always thanked his assistant when she did what he asked to do. It was nice to hear this.
Dr. Cicero’s assistant was Lauren. She was extremely encouraging and told me many times how well I was doing. She and Dr. Cicero make an excellent team. Thank you so much, Lauren!

My husband and I have not been to the dentist in a couple of years because of Covid. This was a new dentist for us and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole office. Being a "fussy" individual, I wanted to share that welcoming, caring, friendly and 'family - like Dental Practice is a REAL professional, excellent, state of the art dental practice.
After 10 years, confident to allow this practice to complete my dental implant. No slaying my previous dentist, but waiting 10 years speaks of my reluctance to have them do anything else but clean my teeth!

From the moment I walked in the door every member of the staff introduced themselves and greeted me warmly. Allegra put me at ease by explaining every step of the Invisalign exam procedures. Dr. DiSano thoroughly explained what causes teeth to get out of alignment with age, how Invisalign works to correct misalignment and answered all my questions.

Your office is cheerful to visit and the staff are enthusiastic, helpful and actually do smile! I appreciate the modern equipment and state of the art dental technology.

1st time going there. The location and office setting is very clean and pleasant to be in. The staff was all friendly and listened to any concerns. Dr Cicero was fantastic as well. I trust that he will fix me up right. I will be back soon for a deep cleaning. I’m happy to find a place where I trust everyone considering I am not a huge fan of anyone working on my mouth. They are friendly, if emergency they do everything to fit you in. Once you know what is going on they give you all different options versus just saying you have to have this done. Today I was there for an infection and they were fantastic. I love everything about them from receptions to hygienist to doctor.
