What You’ll Be Doing
● Assist the doctor with all dental procedures, including taking directions, anticipating needs,
performing patient evaluations, taking X-rays, and conducting various laboratory duties.
● Ensure efficient procedures to maintain the doctors schedule and patient flow, minimizing
patient wait time.
● Review patient charts, log data during exams and treatments, and transcribe doctor notes.
● Maintain patient confidentiality and follow OSHA and company safety policies.
● Promote and educate patients on the company’s services and products, addressing their
questions and concerns.
● Verify patient health history and document appropriately.
● Clean and prepare operatories and sterilize equipment per OSHA guidelines.
● Assist in scheduling follow-up visits and tracking lab cases.
● Complete assigned checklists and other duties as required.
● Carry out daily tasks and responsibilities in order to reach KPIs as assigned by team leads.
